Stacy Kidd was born in the home of “House Music” Chicago, Started djing at the young age of 15 and producing at the age of 18.. S&S: What’s your style of music? How do you describe it?
Stacy Kidd: WELL MY STYLE IS A BIT DIFFERENT NOW, I LOVE ALL STYLES OF MUSIC SO NOW I DO A BIT OF EVERYTHING, FROM SOULFUL HOUSE, TO FUNKY HOUSE, TO EDM SO IM ALL OVER THE BOARD NOW..

S&S: Who or what was most instrumental to you when it came to music?
Stacy Kidd: STEVIE WONDER WAS THE MOST INSTRUMENTAL PERSON THAT GOT ME INTO MAKING MUSIC

S&S: What drives you creatively?
Stacy Kidd: LISTENING TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE PRODUCTION DRIVES ME, IM A FAN OF THE MUSIC SO I LISTEN TO EVERYONE I CAN AND THEY MAKE ME BETTER

S&S: How much does your audience influence you and your music selection?
Stacy Kidd: MY AUDIENCE INFLUENCE ME AND %80 OF MY MUSIC SELECTION.. I ALWAYS FLOW OFF THE CROWD

S&S: What artists or genres do you listen to when you’re not working?
Stacy Kidd: I LISTEN TO JAZZ, HOUSE AND SOME RAP. (ARTIST: JOE SAMPLE, JOSH MILAN, STEVIE WONDER, LOUIE VEGA, KENDRICK LAMAR ETC)

S&S: Do you have any favorite memories of growing up with your family?
Stacy Kidd: YES I ALWAYS REMEMBER HAVING PICNICS WITH MY MOM, DAD, BROTHERS AND SISTER, PLUS UNCLE AND AUNT..

S&S: Is there anything you would like people to know about you?
Stacy Kidd: IM A HUGE FAN OF BASKETBALL & LOVE WORKING WITH NEW PEOPLE

S&S: Are there any charities you are working with or excited to tell us about?
Stacy Kidd: YES THERE ARE A FEW CANCER CHARITIES I DO EVENTS FOR AND SUPPORT ALL OVER THE WORLD.

S&S: Are there any questions that you wish people would ask you?
Stacy Kidd: NOT REALLY, I GET ALOT OF QUESTIONS ALL THE TIME.

Stacy Kidd: YES I WOULD LOVE TO WORK WITH JOSH MILAN & DAWN TALLMAN

Stacy Kidd: I HAVE A FEW NEW TUNES COMING SOON ON DEFECTED RECORDS PLUS SOME NEW EDM TUNES UNDER STACY THE KIDD..

S&S: What legacy would you like to leave?
Stacy Kidd: I WOULD JUST LOVE TO BE ONE OF THE GREAT PRODUCERS OUT OF CHICAGO THAT PEOPLE TALK ABOUT ALL OVER THE WORLD FOR YEARS TO COME.
