    Q&A with S&S

S&S: What’s your style of music? How do you describe it? I love making house music and all that house incombasis… House, Techno, Deep House, Afro, Soulful, Tech etc. It’s all house and I try to keep it diverse. When I create visual art I use all manner of tool and medium, so not limiting myself is important.

S&S: Who or what was most instrumental to you when it came to music?
    1. My Grandmother and the music she exposed me to
    2. My time as a dancer in the NYC House scene in the 90s and early 2000s

S&S: What drives you creatively? Love for the process. Creating something new from an idea or feeling.
S&S: How much does your audience influence you and your music selection? Not so much. I think I try to influence them.

S&S: What artists or genres do you listen to when you’re not working? Too many to name but rock, hip hop, blues, afro house to name a few

S&S: Do you have any favorite memories of growing up with your family? Summers fishing with my Grandmother.

S&S: Is there anything you would like people to know about you? No. Gotta leave a little mystery.

S&S: Are there any questions that you wish people would ask you? Never thought about it. Not really… no.

S&S: And on the flip side of that, are there any questions or references you wish people would stop asking or using? No.

S&S What advice would you give to an aspiring artist? We suffer today from a lack of authenticity. Forget the so called rules…Just be yourself and do you.
